Shipping Carriers

Our contracted shipping options use DHL and USPS for standard, expedited and priority service levels. Once fulfillment is complete, expected transit is generally 1- 7 business days, except for unavoidable delays involving the carrier. Express shipping with FedEx and USPS are also available for an additional fee. Your shipping preference can be selected at check out. Please note that transit times may vary and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Contact our Support team for additional information.

Fulfillment Guarantee

We know that waiting for a package is pure agony so we give you our word that your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email by the third business day after your order is placed, please contact our Support team for additional assistance.

Freight/Shipping Forwarders

Delivery to freight forwarders or shipping forwarding services is prohibited for all orders. Any orders intended for these types of shipping will be canceled, and a full refund will be provided.
